Initial stage:
teams will be divided into 2 or 4 rounds
(8 teams = 2 rounds; 12 teams = 4 rounds, 3 teams per round)
round trip:
victory 3pt
draw 1pt
defeat 0pt
if draw occurs direct contests and won rounds will be considered for the purposes of the ranking, that's why it is important for you to play untill the end*
in case of further draw, 11 playoff rounds will be played on Killhouse.

In case the server offers a stable and valid connection for both teams, it will be possible to avoid to switch the server [as ESL rules] and end the game with the agreement of all the players.
Minimum players requested: 4

each team will make available his own private server, if the team doesn't have a private server it can ask supply to another clan.
To postpone the match, the clan must give a 6 hours notice.
It is possible to postpone or to anticipate the challenge at the last moment ONLY AFTER THE EXPLICIT CONSENT OF ALL THOSE WHO ARE TAKING PART IN THE GAME.
A clan can be maximum 20 minutes late, after that, if it doesn't appear the victory will go to the rival team (+3pt).
Bans:
no glitch out of map
no bug
no cheat
no scripts or skins
No offensive talks (including parents, relatives, moms, sisters, racism of any kind)
No P90 or ban
Penalties:
no demo: -8
rounds desertion of a player with no advice (means ragequit): -3
in case the minimum limit to the purposes of the victory is reached (25 won rounds) there won't be any penalty, but try to play untill the end*.
